YOUGO Chef does not require any subscription, your only commitment is to register as a user by following the procedure provided for this purpose.
You can therefore order the delicious meals of our chefs according to your needs and tastes.
Every week,YOUGO Chef offers you his weekly menu of eight (8) delicious prepared dishes. You'll also have access to the "Seasonal Menu" section, featuring succulent dishes that will be available and change with each season.
Need to feel like a chef? Visit our ready-to-assemble meals. Our chefs have already cooked all the ingredients to help you create easy-to-prepare meals.

Caution: when ordering ready-to-eat mealsYOUGO Chefyou represent and declare that you are 18 years old or older.
Note: All our prices are presented in Canadian dollars and are, for the most part, exempt from sales taxes. Only some of our products in store are taxable.
Delivery
The boxes will be delivered to your home on the date selected from the available choices. Deliveries are made the week after the order is placed. If the order is placed from Monday to Friday, you can receive your dishes from Monday to Saturday of the following week. If the order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, you can receive your meals from Tuesday to Saturday of the following week. You will receive an e-mail or text message informing you that your box is ready for delivery, as well as the scheduled delivery time.
On delivery, the box will be left at the address provided. Due to the large number of our customers with atypical schedules, we do not ring the doorbell during delivery. It is your responsibility to indicate in the comments of your order if you would like the delivery person to ring the doorbell.
If your box is damaged or if there is an error in the dishes ordered, please contact us via the contact page of our website.
Pickup
If you prefer to pick up your order, you will receive a confirmation that the order is available in the restaurant. You can then pick up your box during restaurant opening hours. Pick-up is possible on Mondays before 5 p.m. and on Tuesdays through Saturdays before 10 p.m. To avoid unnecessary trips, please wait until you receive the e-mail indicating that the box is ready before picking it up at the restaurant.
Pick-ups are made the week after the order is placed. If the order is placed from Monday to Friday, you can receive your dishes from Monday to Saturday of the following week. If the order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, you can receive your dishes from Tuesday to Saturday of the following week.

Delivery charges
There is no delivery charge for orders of $80.00 or more. A charge of $10.00 will be applied to all orders under this amount.
Your box will be delivered Monday to Saturday from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Please write to us via our website if your order is not received after 9pm.
The date and time of delivery may be subject to weather conditions and/or exceptional circumstances. In the event that we are unable to deliver your box on the scheduled day, you will receive an email or text message informing you of the situation.
In such a case, delivery will be made the next day, unless you advise us otherwise.
Order verification
We invite you to check the contents of your box as soon as it arrives. If you notice an error on our part, we invite you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
As these are perishable products, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the ready meals will be refrigerated at the time of delivery to ensure freshness.
Adjustments
YOUGO Chef reserves the right to modify its purchasing policies at any time.

When a client registers for the service YOUGOchef he or she will automatically receive a request to provide his or her email address as a username.
