Ingredients: Lamb shank, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, shallot, white wine, sweet potato, butter, cream, honey.
Cooking Instructions: Cook the mashed potatoes and shanks in a pot of boiling water for 12 minutes with the vacuum packer. Add the carrots for 4 minutes.
Storage: 10 days in the refrigerator. Can also be frozen.
