Our beef brisket comes from local farms. After being degreased to perfection, we drop our brisket into a vat of homemade rub. Smoked with love ''yink'' for you. When we vacuum seal the animal, we add a little kick of our homemade sauce.
Cooking:
Drop the bag into a pot of water that boils a little but not too much, for about 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
Beef brisket, steak spices, garlic, mustard, chili, paprika, mustard seed, salt and pepper, all smoked with chopped wood ''sumaterre''.
Quantity:
Your bag will have about 300g of smoked brisket.
