Description:
Smoked chicken drumstick with a double dip of homemade caramelised bbq sauce.
Cooking:
Drop the bag into a pot of water that is boiling a little but not too much, for about 20 minutes. Remove the chicken drumsticks from the bag, place them on an ovenproof tray, add the sauce to the bottom of the bag and broil for 3-4 minutes to caramelise the sauce.
Ingredients:
Chicken drumstick, homemade spices, homemade bbq sauce, salt, pepper and paprika.
