Description:
Made from Quebec pork shoulders, our pulled pork is smoked for 6 hours over sumaterre wood and coated with our house rub, sprayed with apple cider and BBQ sauce.
Put in a sandwich with; pickles, onions, coleslaw and homemade bbq sauce.
Cooking:
Place the bag in a pot of hot water for about 20 minutes.
You can also defrost 24 to 48 hours in advance. (This will reduce the cooking time)
